Access control key or mobile key

Access control key

Order a personal access control key for use of LUT/LAB campus facilities.
The access control key allows access to the buildings and facilities to which you have been granted access rights.

Pick-up
From the LUT University information point, weekdays between 9 am and 3 pm, upon receipt and ID. 

Lost key
A lost key must be reported immediately to the campus service point or security services so that the key can be deactivated.

Mobile key 

The mobile key turns your smartphone into an access card. Open doors quickly and securely without a physical key or access token.
The mobile key works with Bluetooth/NFC, so you can conveniently open the door directly with your phone.

Order mobile access only when you already have a student.lut.fi email address in use.

Getting started:
1. Order a mobile key using your LUT email address.
2. You will receive an activation invitation by email within 1-2 working days of ordering.
3. Download the mobile key application to your phone.
4. Activate the key according to the instructions.
5. You are ready to use the mobile key.
